Check out the FAQ section at:
http://www.truff.net/modules.php?name=FAQ
If your question isn't answered there, please follow these guidelines when posting your help request:
Give as much relevant information as possible, for example:
1) Specify make and model of suspect device(s)
2) Version numbers of relevant software/drivers and OS version
3) State amount of RAM, Disk/size/type/space/available, processor speed/type if relevant
4) Your internet connection type, setup and speed
5) State if fault intermittent or permanent.
6) Give an accurate yet concise description of the fault or problem
7) State the steps you have already taken to remedy the situation.
This will help us to help you quickly.
Posting a question such as:
"my system won't boot, can you help?" is about as much use as saying "my thing is broke, can you fix it?"
Such a post may well earn a link to http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=help+me+I+cant+help+myself&btnG=Google+Search&meta= instead of an assisted help response
