Hey. Finally registered in the forums. \o/
Well, I (before known as T3h_Sh1ek4h, now as sana in ut) have got banned several times from the newbiefriendly server. The reason: I was "intermediate".
Ok, the first time I have got banned by Stevieboy, because I have got a good day and fought myself through 2 other good players to win the game with 25 kills. Good, this really looked like I was a(n) advanced player. The next time I joined the server again and lost with maybe 4 kills. Strange for a intermediate player in a newbie server, right? And this was going so on.. sometimes I was good, sometimes I was bad. Last time (today), I joined the server (under the new name, on which I already played before), and played in DM-AncientTemple (or how it was called). I fragged many dudes, and Roxy said that I am too good for that server and should leave. It was one of the GOOD games. Roxy alarmed Dussander, which said, he will look on me. Good, in the next map, DM-DarkCity][, I won because of the advantage of often playing that map and the Sniper Rifle. After that I again lost in BloodyBlocks, because I have got owned by that Rocket Launchers. Dussander said, that I'm allowed to stay. And later, on DM-Phobos, I said my old nickname, T3h_Sh1ek4h, and needed to leave, because I else would be re-kicked again. Roxy said, that I just was acting like I was bad, but this is not true. Trust me or not, but I sometimes play good and sometimes bad. On DM-Gothic I just had a good mood.
What now? Do you want me to stay away from the newbie servers or do you allow me to play again? I already tried to play on the intermediate servers, but I always just have got my socks rocked and left the server again, because it wasn't fun to die every 5 seconds.
Good, awaiting answer..

Thank you for posting, we will try and sort this. It may take some time so please be patient, and stay off the servers (all of them) for now.

Ok mate you have been banned by ME not Stevieboy you have been kicked 3 times from the newbie 3 times since 1st Jan and banned 1 one time(thats with out going back to next year ) , you ignore the admins so you get kicked or banned , at the moment you are kick on site player this means you will be kicked on site even if you do nothing wrong . The reason, you have no respect for the server rules you should read them some time.http://www.truff.net/static.php?file=rules.htm

The way to get of the Kick on site is to agree to stay of the newbie server and when asked to move on by an admin from intermediate to an open server you should follow the wishes of that admin . it maybe the language barrier but hopefully this can be sorted now you are talking to us . You can also join us in IRC #truff

:wink:

As you know, I have asked you to stay away from the newbie server on a number of occasions. Looking back through my partial logs, I had game-end scores on your T3h_Sh1ek nick for five games, three of which you won.

I also spot you leading on the CnG server, and playing on the DM Relics server.

I have asked you to move on, I-CEE has asked you, Stevie has asked you, all independantly judging you to be beyond newbie skill. Consistently failing to do so has left you with a reputation for dominating newbie players despite warnings.

I sense that that is a reputation you perhaps don't want - the best way to make amends would be to play on those servers where you have to REALLY struggle to do well, because that is what all the people who form this community do all the time. The limited-skill servers are for those who simply CAN'T play elsewhere.

Hope you can understand where we are coming from here, hope to see you on the higher-level servers.

Good, excuse me for ignoring the admins and the kicks, now I will stay away from the newbie server. My problem just was, that I always have got owned on every server, excepting the newbie server (also on the intermediate one o_O.) If CnG was the server with the razorjack weapon and that ForceField, then I really was there (not like I said in the mapping forum thread), but only was leading because there were not enough players, but too many bots on the Relics server I really lost. I think, my stats there were 2 or 3 kills or something. But ok, I'll not disturb the newbie server anymore. :?
@i-cee
Sorry, I didn't differentiate kick and ban.
Join the IRC Channel? I could. \o/

You sound like a nice enough guy.....just remember than just cause you don't win on other servers, that doesn't mean you should play on the newbie server.
