Relics Holiday?

Hi all, as some of you will know, I hang out in the DM Relics server mostly, I don't really play anything other than DM.

Would it be possible to run this server without Relics for a week or two? I prefer straight DM although Relics can be fun too. It helps weaker players to gain frags and boost confidence (skull, amp relic) but I think its a better judge of skill without them.

I personally avoid the skulls for the only reason that if I win with a few skulls I don't consider it much of a feat. They are sometimes unavoidable though.

Anyway, its a formal request from a non-member and I'd be grateful for staff/admin views as well as non members.

I would suggest this in Truff Servers rather than here as this is mainly smarty boffins who can do stuff that I can't (map making, skins etc.)

Agreed, betty you have a very good point.. There seems to be no straight forward deathmatch servers other than for the less experienced..

try rocket arena, better than open boring dm IMO.

im prob a better dm player but its sooo borin imo without a little extra added ie. relics, RA or utter ghey maps :D
