Need a road in a desert map

Hi,

I need to do a map with a road situated in some sort of desert. It doesn't need to be playable, just have playerstarts in it. If anyone feels like giving a hand, please reply here. Btw, I'm a beginner in UnrealEd so keep that in mind when discussing things ^^ .

Ok, first things first then. I'll go hunt for a map that has a route 66 style texture on it and post back in a couple :P .

Doesnt the map DusktoDawn have some desert textures in the outdoor section?

... and I would guess that the city intro map should have road textures.

I don't know what reference material you have got for creating maps but I use BB Drac's guide and Beyondunreal map design wiki. Links pasted below.

BTW I only started looking at map design end of December so its not too hard to pick up - at least for doing basic things.
