Hi mate,

Clear the cache out first in your Unreal Tournament Folder

If that doesn't work then try resetting your graphics levels to low.

Try and make sure you have up to date graphics drivers and the latest patches and D3D or OpenGL DLLs (available from this site I believe).

If all that fails, reinstall UT. Do you have the 2nd disks textures installed? If you do have that installed then reinstall UT without it.
