Server Bots

Could someone look at the bots on the DM/CTF Insta server as there seems to be a slight problem! Tynee and I noticed it earlier tonight on one map, in that the bots did not want to leave the game when real players arrived (perhaps they plan to take over the world)!

Then a short time ago playing Elite Arena I found myself with a bot happily following me around with the usual "I've got your back" comments, whilst the three human players on the other team happily collected flags (none of whom thought to switch teams)!

Anyway if no one has already mentioned this can someone please look into it... or give me a decent bot. :lol:

They don't tend to leave until they're killed, unfortunately.

As for "being dumb" - crack the whip! Open voice menu, give orders. Default -V - Attack - All, and off they'll happily trot to the slaughter.

indeed what flash said. i always tell em to get the flag. i've found in my experience that this will often stop any bots on the other team from attacking

Play Broken Limits with the Bots and watch them bounce up and down on the middle jump pads. They get stuck there and do sod all...............:lol:

if they say ive got your back then reply either get our flag back or get there flag and they should respond :D

Hmmm... just noticed the server is set to bots enter the game for a minimum of 5 players, I would have thought it would be 4 players on a team game server?

Is there a reason for this or is it an oversight - it also explains why the bot and I were playing against 3 humans!

PS guys thanks for the help but I do know how to control the bots. :roll:
